SLOP Community Guidelines

Effective: August 12, 2026

SLOP is an AI-video social network. These rules apply to videos, captions, usernames, profile text, comments, links, rankings, messages submitted to support, and attempts to manipulate the platform.

1. Sexual content and nudity

Do not post pornography, sexual acts, masturbation, sexual touching, erotic/fetish content, sexualized grinding or striptease, exposed genitals, exposed breasts/nipples, exposed buttocks, full or lower-body nudity, sexual solicitation, or promotion of explicit-content services.

2. Child safety

Zero tolerance applies to child sexual abuse material, sexualization of minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, requests for sexual material from minors, or content that facilitates child exploitation. Do not upload nude/sexual content involving a minor or a person whose adulthood cannot reasonably be established. Serious child-safety material may be preserved/reported when legally required rather than merely deleted.

3. Non-consensual intimate content

Do not upload intimate imagery without consent, sexual deepfakes, hidden-camera sexual material, revenge porn, or threats to publish intimate material.

4. Harassment, bullying, threats, and hate

Do not target people with sustained harassment, humiliation, credible threats, stalking, doxxing, or calls for abuse. Do not promote hatred or dehumanization based on protected characteristics.

5. Violence, self-harm, and dangerous behavior

Do not glorify or instruct serious violence, terrorism, suicide/self-harm, or dangerous acts in ways that encourage real-world harm. Documentary/news/educational context may be treated differently when lawful and not gratuitous.

6. Illegal activity and regulated goods

Do not use SLOP to facilitate crimes, trafficking, fraud, stolen goods, illegal drugs, illegal weapons sales, exploitation, or evasion of law enforcement.

7. Scams and deceptive behavior

Do not phish, scam, impersonate for fraud, distribute malware, fabricate official documents, run fake giveaways, or manipulate users into sending money or credentials.

8. Privacy and impersonation

Do not expose another person’s private contact, financial, identity, medical, precise-location, or other highly sensitive information without authorization. Parody and commentary must not be presented as authentic official identity when it would materially deceive users.

9. Copyright, trademarks, and ownership

Only post material you have the right to use. AI generation, editing, re-encoding, cropping, mirroring, speed changes, or adding text does not automatically make someone else’s copyrighted material yours. SLOP can block exact/near re-uploads and responds to valid infringement complaints.

10. Fake engagement and platform manipulation

Do not buy, sell, farm, automate, exchange, or artificially inflate followers, views, likes, Viewer Rank ratings, comments, shares, creator eligibility, or payouts. Do not operate account/device farms or evade SLOP anti-bot systems.

11. Spam

Do not flood SLOP with duplicate/repetitive posts, mass comments, unsolicited promotions, malicious links, or automated low-value activity.

12. AI disclosure and deceptive synthetic media

Accurately identify AI-generation tools when SLOP asks. Do not use synthetic media to impersonate a real person for fraud, non-consensual sexual content, fabricated evidence, or other harmful deception.

13. Advertising and endorsements

Clearly disclose paid sponsorships, free products, affiliate relationships, employment, or other material connections when promoting a product, service, person, or brand.

14. Reporting and blocking

Users can report videos/accounts and block accounts from the video safety menu. Abuse of the reporting system, coordinated false reports, or attempts to weaponize moderation may itself violate these Guidelines.

15. Enforcement

SLOP may reject an upload before publication; reduce distribution; quarantine content; remove content; exclude engagement from public counts or creator earnings; suspend accounts; revoke Official Creator status; or terminate accounts. Severity, context, history, intent, legal obligations, and attempts to evade enforcement may affect the response.

16. Appeals

If SLOP makes an enforcement mistake, eligible creators/users can submit an appeal using the published Appeals process. An appeal does not guarantee restoration.
