SLOP Terms of Service

Effective: August 12, 2026

These Terms govern use of the SLOP website, mobile applications, APIs, creator program, Viewer Rank system, comments, profiles, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing the Service after a policy update, or posting content, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, Copyright & DMCA Policy, and any Creator Monetization Terms that apply to you.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use SLOP.
• If SLOP learns that an account belongs to a child under 13, the account may be disabled and its personal information handled under applicable child-privacy law.
• Creator payout enrollment may require age-of-majority eligibility, government identification, tax information, a verified phone number, and payment-provider onboarding. A balance shown in SLOP does not override legal or provider age requirements.

2. Your account

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your password and email account, and activity conducted through your account. You may not sell, rent, transfer, automate, or share accounts to manipulate SLOP engagement, rankings, creator eligibility, or payouts.

3. Your content and rights

You keep ownership of content you lawfully own. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, releases, licenses, and consents needed to upload and distribute your videos, audio, captions, likenesses, trademarks, and other material.

By posting content, you grant SLOP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, cache, transcode, resize, display, perform, distribute, make technically necessary derivatives of, promote, and make your content available through SLOP for operating and marketing the Service. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backup/legal retention and material already shared outside SLOP where deletion is not technically controlled by SLOP.

4. AI content

SLOP is built for AI-created video. Creators must accurately disclose the AI model/tool used when SLOP asks for that information. AI generation does not give a creator rights to copyrighted works, another person’s likeness, trademarks, private information, or other protected material.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not upload or engage in conduct prohibited by the Community Guidelines, including sexual or nude content, child sexual exploitation or endangerment, threats, harassment, hate, scams, illegal activity, non-consensual intimate material, doxxing, impersonation intended to deceive, infringement, malware, spam, or fake/bought engagement.

6. Moderation, reports, blocking, and appeals

SLOP may use automated systems, fingerprints, local device classifiers, anti-fraud systems, user reports, and human review. These systems can make mistakes. SLOP may block, limit, quarantine, demonetize, remove, or restore content/accounts as reasonably needed to enforce policies, protect users, comply with law, or protect the Service. Users may report content/accounts, block users, and use the available appeal process.

7. Viewer Rank and creator earnings

Viewer Rank is a SLOP quality and creator-rate signal, not a promise that any particular amount will be paid. A video needs at least 100 verified Viewer Rank ratings before the daily rate can activate. At approximately 1:00 AM Central, SLOP can lock the video’s verified rating average for the next payout period. The current SLOP formula uses $0.01 RPM for each full rating point, up to the published program limit; verified views earn proportionally rather than only in whole 1,000-view blocks.

Creator earnings may accrue before account verification or Official Creator status. Access to withdrawal remains locked until applicable Official Creator approval and payout-compliance requirements are complete. SLOP may hold, reverse, correct, or exclude amounts caused by invalid traffic, fraud, manipulation, duplicate activity, advertiser adjustments, chargebacks, accounting error, legal requirements, or activity that violates these Terms.

8. Official Creator program

Eligibility to apply currently requires at least 1,000 verified followers, 1,000,000 lifetime verified views, and the required account verification. Eligibility does not guarantee approval. SLOP may review, approve, reject, suspend, or revoke Official Creator status under the Creator Monetization Terms.

9. Advertising and sponsored content

SLOP may display advertising. Creators must clearly disclose material relationships with brands, free products, paid promotions, affiliate relationships, employment, or other things of value when required by law or SLOP policy. Creators may not misrepresent sponsored content as independent opinion.

10. Intellectual property complaints

Copyright and other intellectual-property complaints are handled under the Copyright & DMCA Policy. SLOP may remove or disable access to material after a valid complaint and may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

11. Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains SLOP’s collection and use of account data, content, device/fraud signals, engagement records, payment-compliance status, and service-provider data.

12. Account deletion

Users can initiate account deletion inside SLOP. SLOP currently provides a 30-day recovery window before normal account/profile/video data is purged. Video bytes are removed from SLOP-managed cloud storage as part of permanent deletion. Limited payment, tax, fraud-prevention, security, legal, and audit records may be retained or anonymized when reasonably necessary or legally required.

13. Service availability and changes

SLOP may change, suspend, discontinue, rate-limit, or maintain features. SLOP does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent preservation of content, a particular ranking, audience size, ad fill rate, RPM, revenue amount, or payout date.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” SLOP disclaims implied warranties to the extent the law permits. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SLOP and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost opportunity, or harm caused by third-party/user content. Any limitation applies only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.

16. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify SLOP and its operator against third-party claims arising from your content, your violation of another person’s rights, fraud, unlawful conduct, or material violation of these Terms.

17. Enforcement and termination

SLOP may warn, restrict, suspend, demonetize, or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, legal risk, threats to users, repeat infringement, or attempts to evade enforcement. Serious child-safety or illegal-content violations may be acted on immediately.

18. Changes to these Terms

Material changes may require renewed acceptance in the app. Continued use after an effective update can be conditioned on accepting the current legal version.
