Contact SLOP
Signed-in users should use Settings → Contact SLOP. The in-app contact form emails SLOP directly and labels every message by its selected reason so support can immediately tell what it is about. The signed-in @username and account email are attached automatically so SLOP can reply.

- General support / question
- Account / profile
- Login / security code
- Account deletion / recovery

For people who cannot sign in, the current direct contact is: joseph176588@gmail.com
Before a large public launch, SLOP should move public-facing functions to role-specific addresses on the final SLOP domain and publish a mailing address/legal-entity name where legally required.
Child safety
Use the in-app Child Safety report reason for content/account incidents so SLOP can mark the report critical and quarantine supported content. SLOP must also maintain the dedicated child-safety contact configured by SLOP_CHILD_SAFETY_CONTACT_EMAIL. Imminent-danger and legally reportable child-exploitation incidents follow the Child Safety Response Runbook rather than the ordinary support queue.
